The removal of rotten wood, followed by scarfing in new wood as necessary. All new wood is primed.

Replacement of broken and work sash cords.

Re-counter balancing of sliding sashes to ensure sashes don't move when opened.

Draught-proofing seals can be fitted to improve both energy efficiency and smoothness of operation.

Renewal of cracked panes of glass.

Replacing damaged or misted, double glazed wooden units.
